What is the edge of PGPCSI Preschool over other pre-schools?
PGPCSI Preschool is accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) - Level 1 since June 2024.

Is the school non-sectarian?
The school is non-sectarian. The students attend Values Education subjects and participate in Chapel services on the first and second Fridays of each month facilitated by the CCF Elevate team.

What is the Preschool class schedule?
Preschool classes run from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM for Kinder 3, and 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for Kinder 1 and 2, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, all preschool levels have classes from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

What curriculum does your preschool follow?
Our preschool follows the DepEd K–12 curriculum, integrated with Christian values and character formation, nurturing your child’s spiritual, moral, cognitive, social, and physical growth.

What age groups do you accept?
Starting School Year 2025-2026, the new DepEd Kindergarten age cut-off is five years old by October 31; however, children turning five between November 1 and December 31 can still enroll if they have completed one year of an ECCD program and pass the Philippine ECD Checklist assessment, as per DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2025. 

Standard Cut-Off: Children must be 5 years old on or before October 31.
Flexibility for Late Bloomers (Nov 1 – Dec 31 birthdays) 
Admission may be considered if the child:
Has completed one year in a recognized Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program.
Undergoes the Philippine Early Childhood Development (ECD) Checklist assessment conducted by the receiving school.

How do you prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond?
We develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and socio-emotional learning through play-based, hands-on, and faith-integrated activities, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education. 

How are Christian values integrated into learning?
Daily lessons and activities incorporate biblical teachings, prayer, worship, and service-based learning. We emphasize love, respect, responsibility, honesty, and compassion, aligning character development with the PGPCSI mission.

What is your teacher-to-student ratio?
Our preschool maintains a low ratio of 1:15, supported by an assistant teacher in each class to provide individualized attention and spiritual guidance for every child.

What learning materials and resources are used?
We use age-appropriate textbooks, manipulatives, digital tools, and interactive learning materials- all aligned with the K–12 competencies and reinforced with Christian stories and values lessons.

How do you communicate progress to parents?
Parents are kept informed through anecdotal records, progress reports, portfolios, and parent-teacher conferences, fostering a strong partnership in developing both academic skills and Christian character.

Is the preschool calendar aligned with the K–12 school year?
Yes, our academic calendar follows the DepEd K–12 schedule, including holidays and school breaks, while integrating special days for spiritual growth, educational tours, and community involvement.

What extra-curricular activities are offered?
We offer a variety of activities that nurture creativity, motor skills, social interaction, and spiritual growth, including music, arts, movement, Bible stories, worship activities, and educational field trips.

How do you support children with special learning needs?
Our staff are trained to identify learning challenges early and provide differentiated instruction, while ensuring Christian care and encouragement. Specialists are engaged when needed to support every child’s growth.

Do the students use e-books or textbooks?
The school utilizes textbooks to support better learning, reduce screen time, are easy to use for writing and review, and encourage reading.

What are the available payment channels?
Tuition, miscellaneous, and other fees may be paid online via bank transfer. In addition, post-dated checks are required for all installment plans.

Do you offer a tuition fee discount for siblings?
Yes, we provide a sibling discount for families with two or more children enrolled in the same school year. This discount is applied to the tuition fee as follows:
25% discount for the second sibling
25% discount for the third sibling

Is there a canteen inside the campus?
Our school is equipped with a spacious and well-ventilated canteen managed by a qualified concessionnaire, ensuring high-quality food and service. 

How safe are your students inside the campus?
Parents and guardians are provided with a Fetcher Identification card and car stickers at the start of the school year to identify authorized individuals for student pick-up.

The school prioritizes the safety and well-being of its community by conducting safety awareness during homeroom periods and regular emergency drills, including fire and earthquake drills.

Does the school have a health care facility?
Yes, the school has a clinic staffed by a school nurse to assist students in case of unexpected illness. The clinic also oversees annual medical and dental check-ups for all students.

Do you have school service for preschoolers?
The school has a recognized transport service for preschoolers and is duly registered with the LTRFB.

How can I enroll my child?
To enroll, please submit the completed application form, photocopy of authenticated PSA birth certificate, three 2x2 ID photos with a white background, and the previous academic progress report or a copy of the ECCD certificate. Parents are also required to attend an orientation where the school’s mission and values are explained.
