Application Process

Kindly fill out the remaining details, and attach your registration form.
After submitting your registration form, a member of our Office Administration team will contact you to schedule an entrance exam date.

Step 3: Entrance Exam 

After submitting your registration form, a member of our Office Administration team will contact you to schedule an entrance exam date.  

Entrance exams take place in the Pasig Green Pasture Administrative Office. Please also submit the following items in a long brown envelope:
  1. PSA Birth Certificate
    (For non-Filipino citizen applicant, please contact our Admissions Office directly at 451-1574 or via email at pgpcs@yahoo.com)
  2. 3 copies of 2x2" and 3 copies of 1x1" ID pictures 
  3. original Report Card from previous school or latest copy of grades (for entrance examination purposes only)
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character (for Grades 1-10)
  • Our entrance exams consist of an academic portion, a health assessment and an interview with the Principal and the Administrator.

Step 4: Tuition Fee Assessment and Enrollment

Please pay your school fees to the cashier.
