SY 2016 - 2017 Enrollment Guidelines

The enrollment period is currently in full swing! Please be reminded of the following to ensure a quick and smooth registration process (and so that you can enjoy more of what is left of summer):
Enrollment Deadline:
May 31, 2016
Enrollment Venue:
Campus Administrative Office. Office hours run from 9 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays.
For Students who were enrolled during SY 2015 - 2016:
Step 1 - Complete a school registration form. Please make sure to include a recently taken (not more than 6 months) 2x2 photo of the student.
- Time saving tip: Parents may fill out the registration form in advance by downloading it here. Bring the completed copy on your enrollment day
- Hardcopies are also available in our our campus Administrative Office at 137 F. Andres Street, Bgy. Rosario, Pasig City.
Step 3 - Request for an assessment of fees. Our Administrative Office will inform you of the school tuition and materials fee. Please pay for school fees only at the school cashier . Remember to get a copy of your receipt. You will use this to claim your school materials.
Step 4 - Claim your books and notebooks at the school canteen anytime between 9 AM - 3 PM from May 23 through May 28, 2016.
Step 5 - Request for a copy of the SY 2016 - 2017 calendar and a list of other school materials needed from the Administrative Office.

Other Notes:
- We highly encourage parents to complete the enrollment process in-person. If they are unable to do so, they may send an authorized representative on their behalf. Representatives must present a Letter of Authorization from the parents of the students and an official identification card.
- Uniforms may be purchased on cash basis from May 23 through May 28, 2016.
- Student ID's and Fetcher's ID's will be made available on June 6, 2016 (first day of SY 2016 - 2017).
